Empty Heart

Some point to how Grief and love are two sides of the same coin. That your ability to grieve reflects your ability to love. And your capacity to love shapes your capacity to grieve. This dance of love - a living relationship in all directions - and grief - the composting of love and hope for new possibilities feels sacred. It’s beyond human. It’s an offering on the alter of life itself. Thus grief is not a tragedy. The tragedy is when one does not honor grief - when one does not honor love. For in any moment - we have the opportunity to love or grieve - and in both we are connected with all beings. May sacred sweet sadness flow.

Empty Heart

I feel for my heat,

And it seems to be gone,

I don’t know how to go on,

Yet something does.
